1. General Rules

• Dream Kids Carnival is organized to provide safe, fun, and educational entertainment for children and families.

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket/registration confirmation.

• Parents/guardians must accompany children under 12 years of age at all times.

2. Registration & Tickets

• All registrations and ticket bookings are non-transferable.

• Ticket fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by Dream Kids Carnival.

• Any fraudulent registration or misuse of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Participation in Activities

• Participation in games, rides, and activities is at the attendee’s own risk.

• Some activities may have age, height, or safety restrictions.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children participate only in age-appropriate activities.

4. Safety & Conduct

• Attendees must follow the instructions of event staff for safety and smooth operations.

• Misbehavior, vandalism, or violation of rules may lead to removal from the event without refund.

• Dream Kids Carnival is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

5. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending, you grant Dream Kids Carnival permission to capture photographs and videos that may be used for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish your child’s photo to be used, kindly notify the registration desk in writing.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Dream Kids Carnival organizers, staff, and partners are not liable for any injury, accident, illness, or damage sustained during the event.

• Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s safety and well-being.

7. Payments & GST

• Payments must be made in full at the time of registration.

• GST invoices are available upon request with a valid GST number.

8. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Dream Kids Carnival reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any activity or event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and refund policies will apply.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
